Outside Sales Internship Paid Internship - Summer 2022 Chicago, Illinois Curiosity meets passion! Gain hands-on, real-world experience by visiting a wide range of Uline customers within a specific territory / region. This is a face-to-face selling position that allows interns to be an active, outside sales associate. Work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment that is both competitive and fun. Receive two weeks of professional sales training including soft skills and product training. Be assigned a dedicated mentor (sales professional) who will meet with you on a weekly basis and support you on sales calls. Learn about our industry and receive weekly coaching on salesmanship from leadership. Phone and car allowance provided. Opportunities for full-time employment upon graduation. Position Responsibilities Expand sales growth within assigned territory through a consultative selling approach. Coordinate and complete over 250+ sales visits throughout the summer. Offer practical solutions to large and small companies using our 40,000 item catalog. Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism. Attend weekly sales meetings with sales staff. Minimum Requirements Clear, professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent organizational and team player skills. Hardworking and enthusiastic personality.
