POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr. Intune/SCCM Systems Engineers main responsibility will be Managing, Building and supporting the SCCM infrastructure for all LifePoint facilities. This includes maintaining OSD, and application packaging. In addition, the Engineer will also be responsible for assisting Team members with day-to-day operational tasks (support tickets, etc..) and other projects. This role also requires knowledge on implementing, supporting, and maintaining Microsoft Intune for Windows devices for multi-tenant Azure environment.
The position requires an individual with a strong background and passion for Intune, System Center Configuration Manager, patch management, administrative task automation, virtualization, and other related items, including but not limited to the following:
* Support Microsoft Windows Azure AD joined/enrolled devices via Intune
* Assist with improving patch management for the All Lifepoint facilities.
* System Center Tools (Configuration Manager, Orchestrator, etc.)
* Ensure that the appropriate agents and tools are installed and functional in the environment for administration.
* Scripting and Automation (PowerShell, VBScript, PowerShell, Orchestrator)
* Windows & Linux Operating System support
* Application Security, Support, Remediation and Troubleshooting

General Responsibilities:
* Acts as a technical lead in the design and installation Support of the SCCM Infrastructure for Lifepoint Corporate and all facilities
* Manage Intune environment. Configuration and Operational support.
* Builds and Supports automation of Operating System Deployment for Workstations and Servers
* Able to create custom reports through SCCM (SSRS)
* Knowledge of SQL Server - including SQL and WQL Queries.
* Server and OS Support for Server and Workstations. (Server 2016/12 - Windows 10/7)
* Creates documentation for the environment and tracks all change
* Installs new software releases and system upgrades; evaluates and installs patches; and resolves software-related problems.
* Manage ServiceNow tickets with Day-to-Day Operational work.
* Proactively monitors Server health and supports all software environments, such as development, test, training, and production instances for size, performance, patch versions, etc.
* Identifies and resolves errors or problems applications in the environment.
* Contributes to a healthy interpersonal and team-oriented environment.
* Is customer service minded and develops and maintains cordial, effective partnerships with business area and other Information Technology and Services employees.
* Supervises vendor performance and contractor resources and ensures they are performing competently and that Lifepoint is receiving services aligned with contractual terms and conditions.
* Ensures that Lifepoint best practices are followed for the delivery, implementation and maintenance of systems by employees and contractors.
* As a member of the Endpoint management team, manages existing hardware and software configurations, including participating in 24x7 on-call rotation.
