Position Summary:

The Workforce Manager Project Manager of Workforce Management will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our Workforce Management Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Absence Management initiative. The ideal candidate will excel in developing and implementing operational strategies to optimize team performance and drive organizational objectives. The successful candidate will also have a proven track record in project management, overseeing project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, and ensuring seamless operational workflow

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and execute workforce planning and optimization strategies to maximize employee productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Lead and manage a team of scheduling and timekeeping SMEs, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient resource allocation and seamless operational workflow.
  • Collaborate with workstreams lead and stakeholders to align workforce management strategies with business goals, ensuring that project resources are effectively allocated to meet project objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Implement and adapt project management methodologies and best practices to streamline project processes and enhance team productivity.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and accountability, inspiring cross-functional teams to exceed project objectives and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field along with relevant certifications (PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in workforce management, operational scheduling, and project management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project and workforce objectives.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
