POSITION SUMMARY:

The purpose of the position is to maintain operation of all equipment and facility. To ensure unsafe conditions are corrected. And to keep costly repairs and downtime to a minimum. To work with production to maintain quality products.

CORE FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:

Trouble shooting and corrective maintenance of Injection Mold Machines. Knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatics and Hydraulics.

Preventative Maintenance, Ensure equipment is in good safe operational status.

Continuous Improvement. Make improvements and keep equipment up to standards.

Works with production to do repairs and Preventative duties as to not impact production levels.

To help ensure spare parts are in stock as needed keeping Mgr. informed as to what has been used.

Keeps work area clear and cleaning up after job is complete.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

At least 5 years of Industrial Maintenance Experience.

Basic Skills Understanding Master Tools as it pertains to their duties.

Ability to look up product manuals as needed

Must be available for any shift during production and some weekend or overtime for essential repairs or to support production in overtime hours.

Basic Math skills ability to read Tape Measures and scales.

Able to problem solve using test equipment and knowledge learned on the job.

To understand repair Manuals.

Able to communicate professionally with all level of employees.
