Job Description

Title: Physical Therapist - Physical Medicine OP

Location: Maury Regional Medical Center

Position Shift: Full-time


Position Summary:

Practices Physical Therapy according to the Tennessee Practice Act and MRMC Policies and

procedures.


Credentials / Education:

*Current and Valid Physical Therapy License in TN Required

*Bachelor's in Physical Therapy Preferred

*1 year of Outpatient Physical Therapy Experience Preferred

Responsibilities:

Begins patient treatment within 10 min of patient arrival.Address VMB as needed and demonstrates understanding of boardOvertime is within department productivity guidelines or when requested.Accurately and timely places electronic treatment ordersRegularly meets individual productivity guidelinesRegularly participates in huddleCompletes Medicare certs correctly and timelyPatient care documentation is completed within 24 hoursCompletes discharges timely
    • Manages patient visits per Insurance guidelines and approval
