1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | 30-minute unpaid lunch
Pay: $18.00/hr

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting customers with their inquiries. The representative will also be responsible for accurately processing orders, managing customer accounts, and resolving customer issues. The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills, mathematical aptitude, and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Outlook is also required.
