Job Title: Facility Integration Collaboration Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee outsourced vendor and service provider resources for facility integration collaboration projects
  • Manage phone system vendors, including design and implementation of new systems
  • Coordinate overhead paging vendors for effective communication within the facility
  • Work with fax service vendors to ensure smooth operation and implementation of services
  • Manage Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft 365 (M365) services, including user logins, email, and Teams
  • Collaborate on SharePoint requirements, design, and implementation for facility integration projects
  • Plan and execute onsite collaboration activities to enhance communication and productivity
  • Track costs and collect data related to facility integration collaboration projects
  • Provide end user training on all collaboration deliverables to ensure successful implementation and adoption

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a facility integration or collaboration engineering capacity
  • Strong knowledge of phone systems, overhead paging systems, fax services, AD, M365, SharePoint, and collaboration tools
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple vendors and projects simultaneously
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and end users
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on cost tracking and data analysis
  • Ability to provide training and support to end users on new collaboration tools and systems.
