Title: Registered Nurse - Home Health

Location: Maury Regional Health - Columbia

Position Shift: Full Time

Position Summary:

Primarily responsible for the therapeutic care of patients in their place of residence. The RN will promote continuity of care through coordination of patient care services. Must possess a good working knowledge of the nursing process and demonstrate clinical competency and leadership. Able to adapt to change. On-call required for some positions

Credentials / Education:

* RN license in TN or Compact State Required

* Driver's license with reliable transportation and liability insurance Required.

* 1 year of Home Health or Nursing Experience Preferred

* ASN Degree or higher Required
