Job Description

We are growing! The Senior Intake Customer Care Specialist is a valued member of the Executive Office of Customer Care (EOCC) team. Must use sound judgement to classify and route customer concerns consistently, accurately, and in a timely manner that benefits OneMain and our customers.

In the Role

  • Promptly and accurately enter customer concerns in the complaint management system.
  • Accurately categorize customer concerns in the complaint management system.
  • Promptly and accurately route customer concerns, using the complaint management system, tothe appropriate Customer Care Resolution Group.
  • May help identify trends in customer complaints to assist with root cause analysis.
  • Process Validation of Debt requests
  • Respond to Attorney Requests for Documents with approved templates.
  • Entering and processing ad hoc consumer requests as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Requires strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal and results driven.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • 1-2 experience in thriving in a production goal-oriented environment.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a data entry environment.
  • Strong computer knowledge and can work in multiple systems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to approach a problem analytically.
