Our Payment Fraud Module unparalleled dark web coverage allows clients to identify up to 90% of compromised card assets within hours of data breaches (well in advance of CAMS alerts), receive daily alerts about new CPPs, investigate fraud incidents and suspicious chargeback claims, and maintain real-time visibility into corporate exposure in the dark web.

The role: You will work with Recorded Future Fraud account teams on the solution and technical aspects of selling Recorded Future's fraud security solutions to prospects and clients. You will be the "eyes & ears" for the field serving as the subject matter expert for our security products, supporting customers and prospects.

What you'll do as a Senior Sales Engineer:

  • Meet with prospective payment fraud customers to understand requirements, field technical questions, and demonstrate capabilities
  • Plan and manage product proof of concept efforts
  • Develop sample use-cases and analytic demos
  • Address critical analytical, technical, and operational issues
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Resolve technical/integration problems
  • Drive user adoption across a variety of use cases
  • Communicate directly with Recorded Future customers to understand fraud architecture, infrastructure, and objectives in order to map a customer's security priorities to product capabilities
  • Assist in new client onboarding training

What you'll bring to the Senior Sales Engineer role:

  • 3+ years of experience as a successful pre-sales engineer (SE), or equivalent experience within the domain of cybercrime, financial fraud and general information security experience
  • Domain expertise in financial fraud detection, prevention, and analytics for deposits, payments, or cards.
  • Knowledge of payment ecosystems, including payment and authorization systems, service providers, and processor systems.
  • Knowledge and use of API's and familiarity with scripting languages
  • Mature and effective time-management skills
  • Able to travel up to 25% (in normal circumstances)
